Once water service is restored, all customers in the South Tower area, as well as anyone who experienced low or no water during the break, will be under a boil-water notice. Please see below:
Due to reduced distribution system pressure dropping below 20 PSI during the water main repair, T.C.E.Q. has required MacBee SUD to notify customers to boil water before consumption. The affected Jackson Well area sees notice for listed roads. See full notice https://clients.ruralwaterimpact.com/documents/1425/11-05-26_-Boil_Water_Notice.pdf

MacBee has determined that we have a blowout on a transmission line. Our crew is working diligently to locate and repair the line. This could affect the entire Surface side (South Tower, North Tower, Plant C, Plant D, and Edgewood). We ask that you conserve water at this time and be prepared for a possible water outage. We do not yet know how long it will take to locate and repair the leak. We thank you for your patience.
