Rescind Boil Water Notice for FM 751 and VZCR 3820 Area

September 23, 2026

On Septempber 22, 2026, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system MacBee Special Utility District, PWS ID #2340012, to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) for the above area and to inform our customers that due to the distribution pressure dropping below 20 PSI, or an interruption in service, water from our system must be boiled before consumption. Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality. It has provided TCEQ with testing results indicating that the water no longer requires boiling as of September 23, 2026. Due to reduced distribution system pressure dropping below 20 PSI during the water main repair this morning, T.C.E.Q. has required MacBee SUD to notify customers to boil water before consumption.
